Justin Timberlake`s Clothing Line Is Fur-Free
The fur won`t be flying in the latest batch of items from Justin Timberlake`s William Rast clothing line.
Colin Dyne, CEO of William Rast, confirmed to animal-rights group PETA that the label will not include any animal furs when the new collection hits retail shops.
Timberlake came under fire in February, when clothes in the William Rast show at New York Fashion Week featured genuine fur tails; in the past, the label had only used fake fur.
"Your animal-friendly young fans need to know where you stand.," PETA`s Senior VIce President wrote to Timberlake in a letter. "Selling fur is an endorsement of unimaginable cruelty."
Not that Timberlake`s creations aren`t animal-inspired: some of the shoes in his new spring collection will sport fake fur fringe.
